# Condomínio

Central de rotinas do módulo Condomínio no Unique.

O módulo **Condomínio** centraliza o receber e pagar da operação condominial.

### Objetivo

Nós usamos o módulo **Condomínio** para apoiar a gestão financeira do condomínio.

Ele organiza cadastros, rateios, cobranças e pagamentos da rotina condominial.

### Contexto

No **Condomínio**, nós podemos:

* cadastrar beneficiários e condôminos
* ratear despesas comuns por diferentes critérios
* controlar valores a receber e a pagar do condomínio

Também podemos emitir boletos e enviar a cobrança para o síndico, condômino ou inquilino cadastrado.

### Problema que resolve

O **Condomínio** resolve a dificuldade de concentrar cobranças, rateios e pagamentos em um só fluxo.

Com ele, nós organizamos a rotina financeira do condomínio e damos mais controle sobre a cobrança das despesas comuns.
