# Protocolo

Central de rotinas de protocolo no Unique.

O módulo **Protocolo** centraliza a emissão e o controle de protocolos do escritório.

### Objetivo

Nós usamos o módulo **Protocolo** para registrar entregas, formalizar recebimentos e manter o controle documental do escritório.

Ele também apoia rotinas com arquivos físicos, quando esse processo ainda faz parte da operação.

### Contexto

No **Protocolo**, nós podemos:

* controlar remessa e retorno de arquivos físicos, caso o escritório ainda utilize esse fluxo
* emitir protocolos para formalizar entregas e recebimentos
* gerar a assinatura do cliente vinculada ao protocolo emitido

Esse módulo ajuda a manter rastreabilidade nas movimentações feitas entre escritório e cliente.

### Problema que resolve

O **Protocolo** resolve a falta de controle sobre documentos enviados, recebidos ou assinados.

Com ele, nós registramos cada movimentação com mais segurança e reduzimos falhas no acompanhamento dos arquivos.
